I HAVE NEVER HAD A TRAINER BEFORE. WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Contrary to what you may believe, seen or heard, a personal trainer is someone not to be afraid of! I will first meet with you for a consultation. The consultation gives me a chance to get to know you and your fitness and nutrition goals and decide which course of action is best for you. This consultation also gives you the opportunity to meet myself and find out if we are a good match for eachother.
HOW DOES THIS WORK?
I will design a program to help you reach and maintain your fitness goals. I utilize resistance training, cardio vascular training, flexibity, weight training , HIIT ( high intense interval training) as needed.
My effective routines can fit into any lifestyle, especially a busy one!
I also provide nutrition plan and supplement advice as it relates to your fitness needs and goals.
Your designed program is up to you!
We can meet on a regular basis 1 to 3 times a week, or desired schedule that works for the both of us.
I will change up your routines so you will never get bored and always feel challenged.
